Byron Bay Cookies

New at The Coffee Company is the exciting range of cookies from Byron Bay

The Byron Bay Cookie Company has been making all kinds of wonderful treats for many years now, originally being handmade at the bakehouse in, you guessed it, Byron Bay. The cookies are still part handmade and contain no GMO’s. Having even appeared on the front cover of Australian Vogue the cookies are a real favourite not only in Oz but worldwide. However there is a change underway, all there cookies are now about to be produced under license in the UK.

The cookies  come in a wide variety of sizes and flavours. We are sure you are going to love the Café Cookies, coming in glass jars they make a strong visual impact; customers just can’t help themselves but pick one up on the way through. Whether you have a taste for fruit, nuts or chocolate flavours including Apricot, Macadamia, and white chocolate, fig and pecan or ‘Dotty’s’ with smarties (nice for kids) there is something to suit all

Flower Tunnel, Applecross, Scotland

Between the mainland mountain masses and the Isle of Sky lies the Applecross Peninsula (Scotlands best kept secret ) . Home to just 238 people, and accessed by only two roads, this a haven from the noise and clutter of modern life. The Gaelic name for the area, ' a Chomraich ', means ' The Sanctuary '. Its not the easiest place to get to but you'll never forget the journey or the time you spend here, however brief. Our visit was indeed brief, just long enough to install espresso equipment and train staff on the ' art of making espresso ' in the beautiful Flower Tunnel Cafe / Restaurant & Broch Bar in the village of Applecross. We could wax lyrical about the fantastic beaches, the calm waters of the Inner Sound and the gentle hills above the crofting townships, the food, the music, the sunsets and more. But we'll let you enjoy a cappuccino and discover for yourself.

Keep watching our ' latest news ' website and we'll tell you how our coffee was chosen by one of Scotlands famous distillery's to compliment their malt whiskey !
